My Tasks tabs:
TODO: Shows available tasks = songs you can make lyrics to. Simply press “START TASK” to start the process. When finished with your edit, remember to press “SAVE AND MARK AS READY”.
IN PROGRESS: If for some reason you can’t finish the song lyrics you’re working on, you can press “SAVE”, and it will appear in the IN PROGRESS tab.
IN REVIEW: Shows your finished songs that are waiting to be approved by the producers, and any songs you have flagged for a problem.
COMPLETED: Where you find your finished songs that have been approved by the producers.
READY FOR BILLING: Here you can see your billable tasks and can select a time period for a billing report. See detailed instructions for billing reports and invoicing at Help Center Invoicing section.
MY REPORTS: Where you can find all your billing reports and if they've been approved or not.
Functions in the IN PROGRESS TAB:
⏮️ If you want to start the process from the beginning, press “START OVER"
⏺️ If you wish to continue editing a lyric file press “CONTINUE EDITING”.
🚫 If you’re facing a problem with the song, you can “FLAG TASK” for our team and write a note explaining the issue.
❕You can add and see notes and comments about the song in the notes section by clicking notes (speech bubble) icon.
If you need to edit a song you have already accidentally marked as ready and that is in review, do write on the Slack channel to let us know. We will then change the status of the song back to “IN PROGRESS”.
