Preparing your invoice
Your invoice must include:
Your full name
The billing report reference number
The total number of songs included in the billing period
Your company ID / Business ID (or the company ID of your invoicing service)
Your bank account details
The note: "Music content and production services"
The calendar month(s) covered by the invoice
Billing period
Each invoice should normally cover one full calendar month (for example January 1–31).
Please note that the monthly billing cut-off is 2–3 days before the end of the month. Tasks that are not completed and included in an approved billing report by the cut-off must be invoiced in a later month.
Please do not invoice partial months or under 10 tasks.
If the total amount for one month is very small, you may combine multiple months into one invoice. However, please do not combine more than three months into a single invoice.
There is no minimum invoice amount.
Invoices should ideally be submitted by the 3rd day of the month following the billing period (for example, January's invoice by February 3rd). This helps our internal accounting process.
Occasional delays are not a problem, and late invoices for previous months are still accepted.
Payment terms
Payment term is 14 days from receipt of a correct invoice.
To avoid delays, please make sure all required invoice details are included.
Company requirement
Invoices must be issued through your own registered company or an invoicing service.
We cannot process personal invoices from private individuals.
You are responsible for handling any applicable taxes and statutory contributions.
