First, check whether you have any tasks in Needs fixing status. If even one task is waiting for fixes, automatic task assignment is paused until the required changes have been made and the task set to In review status.
If you don't have any tasks in Needs fixing, there are two common possibilities:
There may temporarily be no songs available in the language(s) assigned to you
There may be a temporary issue or bug in the Portal
If you believe you should have available tasks but your To Do list is empty, please post a message in the Slack channel and we'll take a look.
